What if enough people collectively decide to become intercitizens?
The 'Imagining Intercitizenships' theme is an open invitation to explore, discuss and imagine how the internet(s) and digital technologies can be reframed through the lenses of intersectionality to cultivate a shared sense of belonging to Planet Earth, challenging the constructed borders like nationality, race and gender.
This theme expands on the ideas we first explored in The Everything Manifesto (2019), a proposal for (re)designing tools and systems to better understand the complexity of the interrelationships and interdependencies between the digital economy and the environmental emergency.
