Stef Silva is a Founder and Creative Director of Invisible, designer and researcher. She carries out her work through a critical approach to the nature of business and design paradigms in order to understand their implications and possible alternatives. Stef works with organisations helping them manage complexity by proposing narratives, strategies and cultures, based on the sensitivity and creative processes brought by Design and Art. In 2021 she was named one of the 40 most important futurists in Spain by Forbes Magazine. She also participates in several educational projects in universities and design schools as a lecturer.
