Jashan Sippy
Co-founder of Food Design Nation
Jashan Sippy is a green building certified architect and founder of Sugar and Space, a creative agency based between Mumbai and San Francisco, that designs spaces of food and food installations - including their signature Al Dente Walls made of upcycled pasta - conceptualizes and hosts engaging eating experiences across the globe, and transforms food waste into 3D printed food. Jashan is the co-founder of Food Design Nation, Co-Director at the Online School of Food Design, and has been the Food and Space correspondent for the Dutch Institute of Food and Design.
